  1. For moral authority christians would use 4 things. One of the things that they would use would be the Bible. Some Christians believe the Bible is the direct word of God and so holds ultimate authority, the Bible also contains the tachings of Jesus. The seond thing that Chhristians woul use for moral authority would be the Church. Spiritual leaders have trained for years and are believed to hold a special connection to God, they also can interpret the Bible in to modern society. The third source of moral authority would be from situation eithics. Christians would use situation ethics because Jesus himself used it and because each situation is unique situation ethics can be applied accordingly to the needs of the situation. The fourth source of moral authority would be the christians conscience. Christians would follow their conscience because some believe it is the direct voice of God.

  2. Personally I think that there is more that you could add... I think that you could mention the person who coined the phrase 'situation ethics'... who was it... look it up... Then how about some Bible verses to support your answer... what does the Bible say it is? What does the Bible say it is good for?... teaching... training...etc...

  3. I don't understand why the Bible supports situation ethics at all. Situation Ethics is said to have come from the Bible, yet it contradicts it. It allows a Christian to break the 10 commandments, if the reason is 'right'. It also makes Christians go away from the Churches guidance by giving them more freedom, too much in my opinion.

I don't want to write too much, as it would waste time, only what is necessary...
